General Returns Policy
These return and cancellation terms apply only to products sold directly by Deskua Fashion to you. In cases where products are sold by third-party sellers and invoiced separately, the return and exchange policies of the respective seller will apply.
Items are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is unwashed, unopened, unused, and undamaged
- All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are intact
Damaged or defective items must comply with our Terms & Conditions and be reported within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
- In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applicable.

- Custom-made or bulk orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging or in used condition
