Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on order volume, destination, and agreed terms at checkout.
Custom/Bulk Orders: Shipping fees for custom or high-volume orders will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges may change based on logistics partner rates and order-specific requirements.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

In-Stock Items: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Custom/Bulk Orders: Dispatch timelines may vary and will be communicated during order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, regulatory inspections, or courier delays.

Shipping Methods

Standard Ground Shipping: Used for regular deliveries.
Customer-Arranged Pickup: Available on request. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for coordinating pickup and logistics.

Packaging & Handling

Packaging: All products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Handling Fees: Any applicable handling or special packaging charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse.
Insurance: Optional shipment insurance or delivery assurance may be arranged upon request and may involve additional charges.

Tracking & Notifications

Tracking Details: Tracking information will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
Order Updates: Customers will receive notifications regarding order status, including dispatch and delivery updates.

International Shipping

At present, Deskua Fashion does not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped only to serviceable pin codes within India.
